1. Download our application by visiting us online @

2. Please submit your Application as soon as possible by
mail or fax.
3. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Along with Application please include your initial
non- refundable deposit of $500.00, which is also nontransferable
and must accompany the signed
application, terms of agreement and teacher
recommendation.
5. Once your application is received we will contact you
and answer any remaining questions or concerns you
may have.

FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE APRIL 1st
If the program you request is fully booked, you may receive a refund or remain
on a waiting list. In April, International Doorways Inc. will send an information/Travel Packet with checklists, packing lists, detailed itinerary,
summer communications information and further instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: Programs/itineraries, dates and tuitions are subject to change.
SECONDARY MATERIALS, which must be submitted by May 1st include: personal
profile, medical forms, international travel documentation/passport verification,
Air Travel Itinerary and four recent photographs.
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Participants come from all points of the Globe. International Doorways Inc.
staff will assist with flight changes at selected gateway cities and fly together as
a group to their final destination.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PROGRAM:
Tuition for Language Study, Housing, All In-Country Meals & Transportation,
Guided Visits & Entry Fees, International Travel Insurance
NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE OF THE PROGRAM:
Domestic/International Airfare, Required Immunizations (if applicable),
Travel Documents (Visa, Passport, if applicable), personałmedical expenses,
laundry, optional activities, clothing, hiking boots, backpack/luggage, sleeping
pad & bag.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Financial assistance is available to a limited number of participants. International
Doorways offers full & partial scholarships for all summer programs.
Awards are based on need & merit. Awards are processed on a first come first
served basis and are subject to availability.
